Overview
Polaris 2014-2020 Toyota Harness where CANbus is required This harness differs from our universal Toyota harness with the following extra features:
- Harness retains factory reverse camera
- Has CANbus module built in to display various vehicle information
- No need to program in your steering wheel controls
The harness is suitable if wanting to fit one of our Android head units into the following vehicles:
- Toyota 86 2016 >
- Toyota Aurion 2015-2018
- Toyota Camry 2012-2017
- Toyota CH-R 2016 – 2019
- Toyota Fortuner 2015-2020
- Toyota Hilux 2014-2020
- Toyota Kluger 2014-2019
- Toyota Landcruiser 2016-2022 GXL
- Toyota Prado 2014-2017 150 series (retains JBL)
- Toyota Prado 2018-2020 (Retains JBL)
* Toyota have had the same wiring harness for many years until they introduced Carplay into their vehicles so as a general rule of thumb, if your Toyota vehicle has a factory screen without Carplay, you will require this harness.
Important: Read Before Purchasing
These harnesses are specifically designed for our New Era Head Units. While they may also be compatible with other 9″ or 10.1″ Android screens available on the market, we strongly recommend verifying the pin configuration to ensure compatibility (see figure A). Additionally, if applicable, confirm that your Android head unit includes a lead or input for CANbus power to activate the CANbus module (see figure B).
