Well, it’s not entirely plug and play. The unit includes two wiring harnesses:

1. The primary harness is designed for most Patrols without steering wheel controls. This harness handles core functions like power and speakers. If you’re installing a camera, you’ll need to hardwire a reverse trigger.
2. The second harness is tailored to some Patrols and comes with built-in support for steering wheel controls, eliminating the need for hardwiring. However, you’ll still have to source a separate reverse trigger if you plan to use a reverse camera.
